Are there any monthly or ongoing fees?
NO! The key to our service is that it costs you absolutely nothing unless or until you have a renter. No renter, no fees.
What if I have multiple locations?
If you own/operate multiple locations (different addresses) let us know! We can definitely discuss volume discounts.
How will I be billed for your services after a successful rental?
We will send you an invoice payable within 7 days of receipt. This is something that is covered in our placement agreement that you must sign to utilize our services.
How do you market my salon to potential renters?
We advertise your salon through our match making service. We find the renters and then pair renters them with potential salons (like yours) in their area.
How do you qualify renters?
We screen candidates by collecting a variety of different information. That being said, the most important thing is that they are licensed and looking to rent space.
Ultimately, the decision to rent to one of our leads is entirely up to you. If you don't think it will be a great fit, there is no obligation. At the end of the day, we only want win/win situations.
What kind of information do I need to provide to use your service?
The most important information we need to understand is about your salon and your available rentals. Photos, descriptions, pricing, etc. Our easy, step by step listing creation process makes this a breeze.
Generally, we will also schedule a quick 10-15 minute call to get to know you and who you are looking for.

Can I still use other services or means to find renters?
Absolutely! While we believe we will be your easiest and best way to get paid renters, you are free to continue advertising or using other services. We just ask that you let us know when you don't have any more available spaces for rent!
What happens if I'm fully leased?
No longer accepting renters or want to stop? No problem. You can put your listing on hold until availability comes up. Alternatively, if you want to cancel altogether, just let us know and we will remove you from our system.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no obligation. You can cancel at any time.
